Why is Regular Exercise Important?

Why is Regular Exercise Important?
Why should we do regular exercise?
Well today i’m going to be telling you why you should exercise
And what good and some bad things it can do to you.



First of all it makes you fit and fast.
Exercising keeps you healthy. That’s why you should exercise.
Exercising can sometimes add years to your life.After you finish work or school you could exercise.

Exercising might take up heaps of your time but it’s worth doing it,
because when you exercise you help improve your breathing and you also reduce body fat.


Finally it will keep your bones strong,

when I did the beep test at my school my first score was 3.2 But over the days I did some exercising getting ready for the next beep test, and when I did the beep test again I got 4.4

These are only some reasons why you should do exercise.

I’m pretty sure there’s a lot more reasons on Why we should do regular exercise. But these three points are still important
Just exercise and see what it does to your body
